What we process

When you visit this website, technically necessary access data (IP address, time, requested page) is processed by our server in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH) to deliver the site and defend against attacks.

When a license key is activated we store the key and the name you provide. When a certificate is issued we additionally store its number, the score and the issue date. This data is required to keep the certificate permanently verifiable (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your course progress (answers, measurements) is stored exclusively in your browser and is not transmitted to us - with the exception of the total score when the certificate is issued.

Public verification

Anyone who knows a valid certificate number can look up the holder’s name, the issue date and the pass status under /verify. That is the purpose of the certificate; by having it issued you consent to this availability.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party services. Course progress uses your browser’s localStorage.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@impulse.management.
